Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Design Authority to join our Engineering team at Project People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Develop and implement cutting-edge digital initiatives that integrate Power Apps, AI tools, and other technologies to revolutionize our design processes.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our Business Intelligence department to create insightful Power BI reports that inform key business decisions.
  • Innovate Design Processes: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new technologies and methodologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for new digital strategies.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Leverage data to propose solutions that maximize Right-First-Time design outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong telecoms industry knowledge, especially in telecoms infrastructure site design.
  • Experience in analyzing data to drive actionable insights.
  • HND or higher in M&E Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, CAD, Product Development, or a similar field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
  • IT qualifications or continual improvement certifications like Six Sigma.
