We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Burgh Island Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.

• Report any damaged or missing items to the Head Housekeeper.

• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Participate in deep cleaning projects as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.

• Shift patterns may include 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, or 9am-3pm/7pm-9pm for turndown service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
