About the Role

As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential support and care to our patients, including monitoring their conditions, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their dignity and human rights are respected. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse.

Requirements

You will also need to have a Care Certificate from an NHS Organisation and a QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services issued after 2011. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
