Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll work on cutting-edge programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector, collaborating with clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to achieve digital transformation goals.

Our programmes focus on creating space for our clients to deliver a green, inclusive, and productive world through digital real estate solutions. You'll lead and manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services
  • Embracing and promoting the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes, with digital real estate portfolio/programme management experience essential
  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
  • Awareness/experience of various methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences
