Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and take action to deliver results
