As a Collections and Conservation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high collections care standards and inspiring visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of preventive conservation plans to ensure the preservation of our collections.
  • Supervise a team of Collection and Conservation Volunteers to ensure the successful execution of conservation projects.
  • Support with day-to-day Hall operations, including maintaining presentation standards and ensuring the smooth running of events.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging 'Conservation in Action' experiences to enrich the visitor experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver social media engagement and content.
