About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Submersible Pump Engineer to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a key member of our regional team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient servicing and maintenance of our submersible pumps and services equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to travel across our regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment, including submersible pumps, hoses/cables control panels, and generators. You will also be responsible for accurately updating service records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to regional depots and customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on submersible pumps and services equipment
  • Identify and repair faults or damage to equipment, including submersible pumps, hoses/cables control panels, and generators
  • Accurately update service records
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
  • Experience in a pump engineer role with a relevant electrical qualification
  • Sound and current knowledge of submersible pumps
  • 18th Edition/City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-focussed approach and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A valid driving licence is essential
