Position Overview

An experienced Electrical Quality Assurance Manager is sought by AA Euro Group to oversee quality management within our Power & Renewables division.

This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to Sub-Stations, Inter-Connectors, Grid Connections, and Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting Inspections: Carrying out daily inspections and tests to ensure construction quality aligns with project specifications and drawings.
  • Quality Assurance Coordination: Collaborating with consultants and site management to address quality issues and resolve Non-Compliance Reports.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates to the Projects Lead/Director regarding quality management activities and responsibilities.
  • Document Management: Maintaining comprehensive quality documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, and other QA/QC materials.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of all project activities, with a strong understanding of engineering construction across various disciplines.
  • Method Development: Creating method statements, risk assessments, and Inspection Test Plans based on project specifications.
  • Internal Audits: Performing scheduled internal audits as outlined in the Project Quality Plan.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
