Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for client contracts.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct waste management and site housekeeping activities.
  • Assist with staff relocations and material movement.
  • Perform banksman duties and support inventory management.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
Requirements:
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills:
  • Forklift truck License preferred but training could be provided.
  • Banksman training.
