A Subway Sandwich Artist is the face of our Franchisees' stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches, meeting and greeting guests, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be the reason customers keep coming back, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing a high standard of service and promoting the Subway brand.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to our customers.
- Customer Service: Meet and greet guests, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food preparation and storage areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Security and Safety: Follow security and safety procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
