Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Management team to facilitate the delivery of safe and effective services.
  • Collaborate with the digital transformation team to offer project management assistance for the implementation of new digital initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet activity, capacity, and demand requirements.
  • Monitor and escalate local Key Performance Indicators as necessary.
  • Participate in operational meetings related to capacity and demand planning.
  • Oversee the utilization of clinical resources.
  • Ensure that all patient clinical appointments are scheduled within target timelines and take immediate action to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in organizing departmental meetings, including data compilation, presentation creation, and capturing minutes and action items.
