Position Overview

Marylebone Services is seeking dedicated Childcare Practitioners to join our nurturing team. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic about early childhood education.

Role Requirements

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible working options available, including:

  • 32 hours per week from Monday to Thursday
  • 36 hours per week across five days
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in early childhood settings
  • A current DBS check (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • A solid understanding of regulatory standards, including safeguarding and early years frameworks
  • The ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures
  • A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Experience in conducting observations and planning for key children
  • Strong communication skills to engage with children, colleagues, and parents
