Social Impact Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Value Manager to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a social value strategy that aligns with our organisation's overall CSR and ESG objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing social value strategy alongside the operations team and stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall CSR and ESG objectives
- Establishing measurable goals for performance and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance offerings to new clients
- Building relationships with local communities, government agencies, clients, and business partners
- Representing the company at events and acting as the social value champion
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the impact of initiatives using recognised frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Leading on training and raising awareness of social value across the organisation and external partners
About the Role:
- Experience working within social value, community engagement, and CSR
- Familiarity with social value frameworks
- Ideal experience within social housing, but construction, public sector, or FM considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for social value and community development
- Full UK driving licence
