AOI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Inspector with a strong background in electronics manufacturing to join our team at ProTech Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect PCBs for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Assemble and solder components on surface mount and through-hole boards
• Inspect cables, harnesses, and units for quality and accuracy
• Check cable harnesses and familiarize yourself with wire sizes, crimp terminals, and other relevant components
• Hand solder PCB components and have a good understanding of PCB circuit diagrams and schematics

Requirements:

• Previous experience in PCB inspection, assembly, and soldering
• Knowledge of Auto Optical Inspection (AOI) and traditional magnification techniques
• Ability to use fine pitch tools and inspection equipment
• Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control procedures
