Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance sales performance to surpass established targets while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to drive personal and team sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Equip team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet key business goals.
  • Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal products in accordance with Head Office guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitors.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of your role.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • A robust background in client relations, with a well-established network of personal contacts.
  • Prior experience in the premium retail sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
  • A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the local market.
