Job Title: Financial Crime Director

We're looking for a seasoned Financial Crime Director to join our team at Monzo. As a key member of our Financial Crime function, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategy to combat financial crime and protect our customers.

About the Role

As Financial Crime Director, you'll be responsible for leading a large team of Financial Crime risk experts, responsible for the effective operation of a suite of Financial Crime controls. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Monzo to develop and execute Financial Crime systems and controls strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Financial Crime systems and controls strategy
  • Lead a large team of Financial Crime risk experts
  • Partner with third-party service providers to deliver cutting-edge Financial Crime controls
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Monzo to drive Financial Crime risk management

We're seeking an exceptional Financial Crime leader with a strong track record of leading large teams responsible for managing and developing a broad suite of Financial Crime controls. You'll have a passion for Financial Crime and a commitment to protecting customers.
