Merchandise Planning Specialist

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Manager to establish and lead our merchandising function. The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture, footwear, and/or fashion settings, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced core merchandise planning environments.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement merchandise planning tools from scratch, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have experience leading and developing teams, as well as hands-on trading across all categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement merchandise planning strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and develop a team of merchandise planners to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain merchandise planning tools and processes
