We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Fertility Department as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Fertility Department, including booking appointments, preparing clinics, and managing patient queries.
  • Deal with patient inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the medical, nursing, and embryology teams to provide seamless care for fertility patients.
  • Manage the department's administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide information to patients, relatives, and visitors about the services within the department, ensuring that all interactions are courteous and professional.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Comprehensive administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
