Job Title: Telecoms Field Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms Field Engineer to join our team at GMS International. As a Telecoms Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband and TV services for our clients, including TalkTalk and BT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install broadband and TV services in customers' premises
  • Resolve broadband faults and optimize speed
  • Work on a long-term self-employed basis
  • Undertake shifts on a rotational basis with flexible working options
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Interest in Telecoms, broadband, or IT
  • Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and held for at least two years
  • Previous experience in Telecoms Field, Broadband Field, or IT Field (beneficial but not required)
