About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Aristocrat. As a key member of our Gaming Studio, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our games development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement QA Processes: Create and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure each release meets high-quality standards and aligns with business requirements.
  • Lead QA Efforts: Oversee the creation and implementation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product and Development Managers, Technical Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and quality of features.
  • Analyze and Report Bug Statistics: Use data to drive decisions that improve product quality and inform development priorities.
  • Supervise QA Engineers: Guide and onboard QA engineers in Games Studios in keeping test suites and documentation up to date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Experience managing QA engineers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to develop and implement QA processes and methodologies that align with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Expertise in Test Development: Experience in developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive test suites, as well as mentoring team members in best practices for test case creation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, to facilitate team collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Test Management Tools: Experience with TestRail or similar test case management tools.
  • API Testing: Proficiency in API testing with tools such as Postman.
