Future Select Recruitment is a leader in the Water Treatment and Hygiene sector, currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to join a prominent company in the South East.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to be part of a steadily growing organization that operates across various sectors, including Local Authorities, Education, Healthcare, Industry, Hospitality, Construction, and Leisure. The role encompasses a range of engineering responsibilities, primarily focused on the maintenance and servicing of water treatment equipment, adhering to HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an equipment engineer within a reputable Water Treatment or Hygiene company.
- Possession of NVQ Electrical Engineering and/or relevant electrical qualifications (17th or 18th edition) is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
- Excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting work across Local Authorities, Educational institutions, Healthcare facilities, Industrial sites, Hospitality venues, Construction projects, and Leisure locations.
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing various water treatment equipment, including water softeners, chlorine dioxide units, and reverse osmosis systems.
- Performing site visits and executing pre-work risk assessments.
- Installing and replacing reverse osmosis units, UV filtration systems, and dosing equipment as necessary.
- Cleaning and disinfecting water systems.
- Conducting fault diagnosis on-site, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Adhering to HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines throughout all tasks.
- Providing clients with comprehensive reports based on site evaluations.
