Job Title: National Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer accounts in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across our customer base
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms and agreements with customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales administration and reporting
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a key account or national account sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
