About the Role

Citi Commercial Bank UK (CCB UK) is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate and Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure CCB UK remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in corporate and commercial banking, with a strong understanding of leveraged finance and transaction execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Citi's products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
