  • Provide menus and take orders from patients, addressing dietary and allergen queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met efficiently, and provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Clear down ward areas, wash up dirty dishes, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, prioritizing patient needs and providing a positive experience for all interactions.
