About the Role

As a Technical Safety and Environmental Engineer, you'll work as part of a project team, applying your engineering knowledge to assess and improve safety measures. You'll work on energy security and energy transition projects, including plastics recycling, LNG, ammonia, hydrogen production, refineries, and oil/gas processing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize software like PHAST and Flaresim for consequence modelling
  • Take part in key safety reviews, including HAZID and HAZOP sessions
  • Assist in designing safety systems, from firewater protection to blast mitigation
  • Contribute to the development of safety specifications and manage safety actions
