Paraplanner - Financial Planning Support

Job Summary
This is a Paraplanner role within a growing IFA firm, led by highly respected names within the industry. The company is currently on a rapid growth phase, with already £4.5bn of AuM, which will continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide paraplanning support to a team of Financial Advisors who deliver holistic financial planning to clients.
- Assist in providing cashflow modelling to clients.
- Focus on providing research, analysis, and report writing support to assist Financial Advisors in delivering quality, appropriate, and compliant financial planning.
- Prepare pre-approval documents prior to report writing, ensuring recommendations are appropriate.
- Provide accurate, timely, and compliant suitability reports.
- Utilise technology to produce accurate solutions.
- Undertake financial calculations, including CGT and annual allowances.
- Ensure all advice documentation is compliant.
- Effectively communicate internally and externally.
- Work closely with Financial Advisors to gather sufficient information.
- Provide clear instructions to the team of Administrators to ensure proposals and documents are completed correctly.
Requirements
- Experience as a Paraplanner.
- Good knowledge of financial planning and experience of writing suitability reports.
- Confidence in undertaking research and financial calculations.
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this (support provided).
Company Benefits
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience plus company benefits.
