About the Role:
Motorfinity Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on car specifications, models, and pricing to customers.
- Closing sales through negotiation and overcoming objections to meet monthly sales targets.
- Ensure customer care and service are prioritized at all times.
- Update EMS regularly with information as required and record all paperwork before processing orders.
- Check data accuracy in orders and escalate any issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous customer experience within a sales role within the motor industry.
- Experience within a telesales environment and dealing with high volume calls would be advantageous.
- Passionate about sales and exceeding targets.
- Great team player, willing to support and assist sales colleagues.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary and commission/bonus scheme (OTE £35,000 - £45,000).

- Company Sick Pay Scheme.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm as required.
