Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software for our mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop software for our products and systems, ensuring high-quality code and efficient system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend systems, leveraging your expertise in service-oriented architectures and cloud-based products.
  • Develop and validate software structures and user documentation, ensuring seamless user experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong background in backend systems and software development.
  • Experience with backend languages such as Go, C++, Java, Rust, or Python, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures and cloud-based products, with experience in building scalable and secure systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
