Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve consistent sales, profit, and volume targets for your designated region.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Promote and ensure the effective use of all available system tools.
- Strategically expand the customer base and market share in your area, positioning us as the preferred partner for solutions and product range.
- Be responsive and adaptable to the needs of your customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
- Enhance current and new customers' engagement with the Sysco Online ordering platform.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality, food, and catering sectors.
- Strong credit management capabilities.
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in the foodservice industry.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
- A valid full clean B Driving License.
