We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MCG Healthcare. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with our team of GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and investigations to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in accordance with our clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Registered Nurse Practitioner with a valid registration and current certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions.
