Key responsibilities include managing the Editorial and Design team, assessing potential acquisitions for publication, managing publishing meetings, liaising with agents and authors over contractual agreements, structural editing of key titles, and overseeing work in progress. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to acquire and commission their own titles. The role is based 3 days per week from the company's offices in London, with a competitive salary and company benefits on offer.
