Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Delivering high volumes of parcels following a comprehensive onboarding process
  • Operating a Mercedes Sprinter van, which is fully insured and provided by the company
  • Adhering to standard work processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • A valid and full B driving license
  • A maximum of 6 points on your driving license
  • A minimum of 1 year's driving experience
  • Driving license must be in your current home address
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work independently
  • Good people skills, being helpful and friendly
  • Physical fitness to manually load parcels into the van (up to 25kg)

Benefits:

  • A competitive daily rate of £108, paid weekly
  • A performance bonus of £25 per day
  • Full training provided, including a 12-day onboarding process

Working Hours:

  • 5 days from 7, with a minimum of 1 weekend working per month

Training and Support:

  • Full training will be provided, including a comprehensive onboarding process
  • Ongoing support and guidance from the company
