Position Overview

Junior Financial Accountant

Compensation: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: London (Hybrid)

IO Associates is collaborating with a prominent private equity organization that specializes in investments across Central and Eastern Europe, targeting growth-driven enterprises in diverse industries.

Qualifications:

  • Partially qualified Accountant.
  • Proficient in Sage and Excel.

Key Duties:

  • Authorize and process weekly payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including bank reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
  • Analyze expenses against budget and subsidiary management accounts.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and pension contributions.
  • Facilitate cash management, forecasts, and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare VAT returns and aid in the annual budgeting, reforecasting, and board presentations.
  • Assist external auditors during the year-end statutory accounts process.

This position will require up to three days of onsite presence.
