About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working on various projects across the South West, collaborating with our Regional Building Team to deliver exceptional results. You'll have the chance to develop your skills in cost management, contract administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis, preparation, and management of costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Select and manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality work.
  • Develop expertise in contracts, financial management, and contract law.
  • Compile data to monitor project performance and meet with stakeholders to discuss progress.
  • Undertake costings, measurements, and valuations using research data.
  • Manage smaller companies to ensure goods are delivered and work is completed on time.
  • Process payments to businesses and smaller companies in a timely manner.
