The **Aviation Compliance Administrator** will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are executed in accordance with established KPIs, thereby fulfilling customer expectations. A strong emphasis on **attention to detail** is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily audits with dispatch to confirm the arrival of 145 deliveries and organize them in the designated processing area.
- Unpack deliveries and verify that customer or supplier documentation aligns with the received items.
- Record repaired items returned from suppliers into the BaaN system.
- Process customer repair orders, generate service orders, purchase orders, lot numbers, and cost estimates, while documenting customer returns with photographs.
- Manage rotable stock inventory by updating the rotable stock spreadsheet.
- Issue Certificates of Conformance (C of C) for rotable and repaired units and facilitate their shipment.
- Handle the return of units deemed beyond economical repair from the OEM.
- Prepare shipments for Meggitt Vietnam and ensure accurate shelf life updates.
- Oversee the scanning, filing, and archiving of C of C documents and job packs.
- Generate advice notes, sales, and purchase orders for parts sent to suppliers for repair.
- Maintain supplier and customer order books effectively.

- Confidence in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
