**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs and Excise Finance Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing customs and excise duties within the tax department.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
* Develop and implement efficient tax strategies to minimize financial risk and maximize returns
* Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on customs and excise procedures
* Participate in audits and investigations as required
* Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company
**Requirements**
* Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Proficiency in relevant financial software
