Symmetry Search & Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager - Digital Transformation to lead the development, management, and delivery of a complex portfolio of digital projects. As a key member of our Change function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital strategy, working closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the successful execution of the digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, management, and delivery of a complex portfolio of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner, working closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the successful execution of the digital transformation agenda.
- Work with and coach Product Managers, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts on a daily basis, assuring project governance through all stages of the lifecycle.
- Manage issues, risks, and dependencies at all stages in the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Advisory partners.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies, trends, and best practices, translating these into actionable strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital transformation portfolios, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Strong change management experience working on complex projects with multiple streams.
- Ability to actively manage issues, risks, and dependencies at all stages in the project lifecycle.
- Experience working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe.
- Strategic mindset, with proven exposure collaborating with C-suite.
- Ability to develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices, with the ability to translate these into actionable strategies.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Advisory partners.
- Financial Services exposure.
