We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with experience in the luxury and retail sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR Data Governance to design and implement a streamlined data collection strategy
  • Pilot end-to-end projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business functions
  • Animate business and IT workshops to drive project success
  • Write specifications and user stories to ensure project deliverables
  • Support the implementation of IT solutions and change management initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting or IT project management
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury and retail sectors
  • Proficiency in Information Systems and agile methodologies
  • Fluency in both French and English
