About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Basingfield Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and record-keeping
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure activities and social events
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high standard of care

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting
