Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our esteemed dealership. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood, as you assist them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Working Hours: The position requires availability from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week. Sundays will involve a 10 AM to 4 PM shift on a rotational basis.
Compensation and Benefits: The role offers a competitive first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, which includes a base salary between £20,000 and £25,000. Additional benefits include:

Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on:

- Ensuring compliance with company regulations regarding customer data and privacy
Candidate Profile: This role is ideal for individuals with experience in automotive sales, retail management, or sales leadership. A valid UK driving license is required. While prior experience in the motor trade is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
