Invictus Recruitment Careers is collaborating with a leading Facilities Services provider known for its consistent growth and ability to meet project deadlines and performance indicators. We are currently seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team and manage all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks within a significant commercial facility.
Position Overview:
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £37,000, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential for overtime.
The primary responsibility of the Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist includes executing servicing and immediate repairs on electrically powered equipment, as well as lighting systems. The specialist will also be expected to assist with additional basic tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities include conducting maintenance routines independently (both PPM and reactive), diagnosing and rectifying faults in building services, including L8 compliance, air handling unit (AHU) maintenance, pumps, motors, and troubleshooting heating systems (including heat exchangers, actuators, and piping).
You will be part of a dedicated team of four on-site professionals.
Essential qualifications and experience include, but are not limited to:
- 3 Phase Electrical Systems
- Emergency Lighting Systems
- Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
