Conveyancer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients and develop business development opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with clients for instructions and provide advice
  • Have knowledge of case management systems and online systems such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Requirements
  • Experience working within Residential Conveyancing
  • Confident and professional in written and verbal communications
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • IT proficient
