Reporting directly to the site General Manager, this Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for upskilling and developing their team within a dynamic and investing site. The role will require strategic and hands-on leadership, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
This role demands extensive experience in FMCG food manufacturing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being within the department, ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
- Drive performance across all recognized business KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the organization.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met, and the site is always prepared for audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement effective leadership and communication strategies to foster high levels of motivation and morale within the team.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, ensuring excellent relationships with suppliers and customers.
