Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Outpatient Department at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a leader in the clinical area in the absence of a more senior member of staff, and provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
- Clinical Practice: Participate in clinics and procedures undertaken in the department, and assist in rota planning.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register, and completion of a mentorship preparation program (if applicable to the clinical area).
- Experience: Recent experience of nursing in an acute hospital environment is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and competency in clinical skills including enhanced practice relevant to the level of experience and clinical area.
