Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble components and products according to specifications, maintaining quality standards. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any issues or defects to the supervisor or quality control team.
Working Hours and Shift Patterns:

The standard hours of work are 37 hours per week, but you can work overtime. We have two rotational shift patterns: early and late.

  • The early shift starts at 6:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and at 6:00 am to 1:30 pm on Friday.
  • The late shift starts at 2:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and at 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday.
Competitive Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, which may vary depending on the lane and role. The rates are as follows:

  • Before 12 weeks: £11.44
  • After 12 weeks: £11.98
  • Once competency is achieved: £12.52
  • Shift premium: Additional pay for working shifted roles
