About the Role:
We are partnering with the Initial Response Team in Newcastle to recruit a dynamic and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality social work services to children and families with disabilities
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of vulnerable youth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform care decisions

Requirements:
