Nurse - De Bruce Court Position

Careline Lifestyles is seeking a qualified and registered Nurse to join our team at De Bruce Court. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality direct nursing and holistic care to our service users, based on their assessed care needs.
You will develop therapeutic relationships with our service users to assess their care needs, plan and implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions. Your role will involve continuously evaluating the quality of care given and regularly reassessing the needs of our service users.
You will also be responsible for providing medication reviews, ensuring all documentation is up to date, and information is acted upon. You will order medications in appropriate time scales to ensure we are not short of the necessary medication, administer medication, and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and clinical areas.
You will play an active role in multidisciplinary team meetings and work in collaboration with a wide-ranging team of professionals. You will work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice and within our home's policies and procedures.
What You NeedTo be a qualified and registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a minimum of 1 year of experience. You will need to hold a valid NMC registration.
Shifts and PayShifts are 12 hours long (8am - 8pm). We offer full-time days and a competitive rate of pay: £20.32 per hour for days and £20.59 per hour for nights and weekends.
