Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team in a prison setting. As a key member of the Integrated Healthcare Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to offenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective healthcare strategies to promote and improve health and prevent disease
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, organisations, and agencies to ensure seamless care and continuity
- Manage and supervise staff, delegating responsibility and authority as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records and ensure confidentiality
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience at Band 5
- Working knowledge of current issues and agendas facing prison and offender healthcare
- Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards of care
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas with clarity and influence
