Quality Assurance Engineering Role

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to become a part of our global team of innovators at Hitachi Vantara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in influencing the design, testing, and integration of prioritized projects. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and executing tests to guarantee product excellence, developing automated testing frameworks, and performing functional, exploratory, and ad-hoc testing. Additionally, you will contribute to defining testing strategies and coverage to facilitate quicker integration and deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated testing protocols
  • Enhance and maintain automated testing infrastructure
  • Evaluate and create software components
  • Oversee existing tests and address escalated issues
  • Ensure comprehensive regression testing coverage

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language
  • Experience utilizing Selenium for automated testing processes
  • Understanding of Network Attached Storage (NAS) or storage solutions
  • Familiarity with automation infrastructure tools
