We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team at Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who display behaviours that may challenge, each with varying needs including learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in a person-centred way, promoting choice and following care and support plans.
  • Work across a variety of supported living services in the Wiltshire area.
